Football Cheese Dip


  • 2 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
  • 1/3 c thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked, drained and finely crumbled (divided)
  • Any type of white cheese slices
  • Pretzels, butter crackers, celery, bell pepper slices, etc for dipping



  • Put the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, green onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the bacon in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  • Shape into a football, refrigerate 1 hour
  • Roll in remaining bacon pieces
  • Cut white cheese into strips and make “laces” in the bacon
  • Serve with pretzels, crackers, veggies
