Brown Sugar Garlic Bacon Wrapped Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 12 slices bacon
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  1. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic and salt.
  2. Wrap two slices of bacon around each chop.
  3. Rub both sides of each bacon-wrapped chop with the brown sugar mixture.
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F.
  5. Broil an additional 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp on top.
