Brown Sugar Garlic Bacon Wrapped Chops
- 6 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 12 slices bacon
- ¾ c brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic and salt.
- Wrap two slices of bacon around each chop.
- Rub both sides of each bacon-wrapped chop with the brown sugar mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350F
- Broil an additional 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp on top.
