Brown Sugar Garlic Bacon Wrapped Chops

Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 12 slices bacon
  • ¾ c brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic and salt.
  • Wrap two slices of bacon around each chop.
  • Rub both sides of each bacon-wrapped chop with the brown sugar mixture.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350F
  • Broil an additional 5 minutes or until the bacon is crisp on top.
