12 Days of Pork

We want to reward you for thinking about (and cooking with!) PORK this holiday season—while introducing you to some of the pig farmers who raised that protein we love to serve to our families! 
 
The 12 Days of Pork runs Dec. 2–13.

Each day, we’ll be featuring a different pork cut (or product), a recipe, and giving YOU the chance to win big just by joining the fun!

Here’s how to enter for the GRAND PRIZE:

  •  3 entries – Make the recipe of the day and create your own post on Instagram or in the comments on Facebook!
  • 1 entry – Comment on your favorite recipe using the cut/product of the day!

Earn up to five entries daily to win a tailgate grill & Iowa Pork swag package!

 

Official rules and details

  • COMMENT ON OUR DAILY POSTS. Iowa Pork will post a different pig farmer and recipe for 12 days starting Dec. 2, on its Facebook and Instagram channels. Earn ONE PRIZE ENTRY per day by commentingyour favorite way to use the cut/product of the day.
  • COOK OUR DAILY RECIPES and POST A PHOTO. Also earn THREE PRIZE ENTRIES per day when you cook Iowa Pork’s daily recipe, and post a photo of your creation on your own Instagram or in the comments on Facebook.
  • WHEN YOU POST: 
  1. Tag @IowaPork or use the hashtag #12DaysofIAPork. Again, earn up to five entries per day.
  2. Social media posts MUST be made public to qualify. Private posts will not be seen. (For example, to adjust your Facebook settings, mobile app or desktop: Beneath your name at the top of the “Create post” box, a drop-down menu allows you to “Choose Audience”—click “Public.”)
  3. The final day to post is Dec. 14.
  • GRAND-PRIZE WINNER will be announced on/before Dec. 17. Package includes: tailgate grill; Iowa Pork promotional items; and $50 in pork coupons.
