Football Cheese Dip


  • 2 – 8 oz pkg cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c roasted red peppers, drained & chopped
  • 1/3 c thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked, drained and finely crumbled (divided)
  • Any type of white cheese slices
  • Pretzels, butter crackers, celery, bell pepper slices, etc for dipping
  1. Put the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, green onions, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the bacon in a bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Shape into a football, refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Roll in remaining bacon pieces.
  4. Cut white cheese into strips and make “laces” in the bacon.
  5. Serve with pretzels, crackers, veggies.
