Italian Sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ lb deli ham
  • ¼ lb thinly sliced deli salami
  • ¼ lb thinly sliced deli pepperoni
  • ½ c chopped roasted red peppers
  • ¼ c sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg provolone cheese slices
  • ¼ c melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ c shredded Parmesan

Instructions:

  • Cut the rolls in half
  • Place the bottom side of the rolls in a greased baking dish
  • Top with ½ of the cheese, the ham, salami, pepperoni, red peppers, pepperoncini, and the second ½ of the cheese and the top of the buns
  • In a small bowl combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
  • Pour butter mixture over the buns
  • Sprinkle the top with shredded Parmesan
  • Cover pan with foil
  • Bake at 350 for 10 minutes; remove foil and cook an additional 5 minutes
