Italian Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Hawaiian Rolls
- ¼ lb deli ham
- ¼ lb thinly sliced deli salami
- ¼ lb thinly sliced deli pepperoni
- ½ c chopped roasted red peppers
- ¼ c sliced pepperoncini
- 1 – 8 oz pkg provolone cheese slices
- ¼ c melted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ c shredded Parmesan
Instructions:
- Cut the rolls in half
- Place the bottom side of the rolls in a greased baking dish
- Top with ½ of the cheese, the ham, salami, pepperoni, red peppers, pepperoncini, and the second ½ of the cheese and the top of the buns
- In a small bowl combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder
- Pour butter mixture over the buns
- Sprinkle the top with shredded Parmesan
- Cover pan with foil
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes; remove foil and cook an additional 5 minutes
