Italian Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hawaiian Rolls
  • ¼ lb deli ham
  • ¼ lb thinly sliced deli salami
  • ¼ lb thinly sliced deli pepperoni
  • ½ c chopped roasted red peppers
  • ¼ c sliced pepperoncini
  • 1 – 8 oz pkg provolone cheese slices
  • ¼ c melted butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ c shredded Parmesan
  1. Cut the rolls in half.
  2. Place the bottom side of the rolls in a greased baking dish.
  3. Top with half of the cheese, the ham, salami, pepperoni, red peppers, pepperoncini, and the second half of the cheese and the top of the buns.
  4. In a small bowl combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Pour butter mixture over the buns.
  6. Sprinkle the top with shredded Parmesan.
  7. Cover pan with foil.
  8. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes; remove foil and cook an additional 5 minutes.
