Pork Burgers 4 Ways
Ingredients:
Sunny-Side Up Pork Burger
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 cheddar cheese slices
- 8 bacon slices
- 4 sunny-side up eggs
Luau Pork Burger
- 4 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- 4 grilled pineapple slices
- 4 red onion slices
- Teriyaki sauce
California Burger
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 provolone cheese slices
- Avocado slices
- 4 tomato slices
- Mayonnaise
Mushroom & Swiss Burger
- 4 Hamburger buns
- 1 lb ground pork
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
- Sauteed onions
- Sauteed mushrooms
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the grill to medium-high heat
- Form the ground pork into 4 (1/4 lb) burgers and season with salt & pepper
- Place burgers on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3-5 minutes or until they reach 160°F
- Top the grilled pork burgers with any of the flavor combinations!
