  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 cheddar cheese slices
  • 8 bacon slices
  • 4 sunny-side up eggs

Luau Pork Burger

  • 4 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices
  • 4 grilled pineapple slices
  • 4 red onion slices
  • Teriyaki sauce

California Burger

  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 provolone cheese slices
  • Avocado slices
  • 4 tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise

Mushroom & Swiss Burger

  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 4 Swiss cheese slices
  • Sauteed onions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground pork into four (1/4 lb) burgers and season with salt & pepper.
  3. Place burgers onto the grill, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes, or until they reach 160 F.
  4. Top the grilled pork burgers with any of the flavor combinations!
