Pulled Pork Ramen Soup

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon chili crisp

6 cups chicken broth

2 tablespoons soy sauce

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 green onions, sliced

½ cup sliced shiitake mushrooms

1 pound pulled pork

1 cup coconut milk, optional

Serve with fresh sliced green onions, jammy eggs, matchstick carrots, and cilantro, optional
Directions:
In a large pot, stir together the ginger paste, garlic, and chili crisp.
Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, black pepper, green onions, mushrooms and pulled pork; turn the burner to medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the noodles (discard the seasoning packets). Cook, stirring occasionally for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are soft.
Remove from the heat and stir in the coconut milk, if desired.
Serve hot with toppings.
