This award recognizes county-level programs that demonstrate outstanding promotion, education, or community support in 2025. Each county organization can submit two activities. The IPPA Promotion Committee will select programs to be recognized and awarded during the Annual Meeting Luncheon on January 20, 2026. 

Nominate A Program

The IPPA Membership and Leadership Committee annually recognizes and rewards those counties that are active in the pork industry through the County Involvement Awards program. Annual meeting participation, helping grill at the Iowa Pork Tent, purchasing a newspaper ad, and having a state Pork Queen candidate are just some of the ways counties can get involved.
